How To Prepare Grilled Lemon Broccolini ?

Preparation:   

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 10 mins

Serving: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Broccolini
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Toss together Broccolini, olive oil, and kosher salt and black pepper in a bowl. Grill Broccolini, turning occasionally, until charred, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and coarsely chop; return to bowl. Add Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl.
