How to prepare Asian Inspired Grilled Ginger Lime Swordfish ?

Preparation:       

Preparation time: 45 mins 

Cooking time: 10 mins 

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-ounce) swordfish steaks
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions:

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Place fish in a large glass bowl or shallow baking dish.
  3. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl and pour over fish. (Make sure to coat fish evenly on both sides.) Cover dish with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Lightly oil the cooking grate.
