WELCOME TO COBA GRILLS HONG KONG

Grilled Bok Choy

Serving: 2 persons

Cooking time:  5 minutes

Equipment: LotusGrill, Teppanyaki Plate or LotusGrill frying pan

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh baby Bok Choy
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (excluding the Bok Choy) together in a bowl
  2. Divide the Bok Choy into two parts
  3. Wash properly and dry with a paper towel
  4. Marinate them with all the marinade
  5. Ignite your LotusGrill and put on your teppanyaki plate or frying pan
  6. When the plate or frying pan are super-hot, place the Bok Choy inside down first on the plate or pan
  7. They will start to sizzle and turn them over using a LotusGrill tong
  8. Serve them hot
  9. Enjoy!
