WELCOME TO COBA GRILLS HONG KONG

Hosting a barbecue party can be a great way to raise funds for a good cause and gather people together for a fun event. If you're planning to host a fund raising BBQ in Hong Kong, here are some tips to help you get started:

Choose a location: Look for a location that has enough space to accommodate your guests and equipment. Public parks, beaches, and community centers are great options. Make sure to obtain any necessary permits or permissions.

Set a date and time: Choose a date and time that works for most of your guests. Consider weekends or public holidays when people are more likely to be available.

Arrange Sponsors:  Arrange sponsors for the event.  In return for their sponsorship they will get free advertising of their products.

Charge a fee:  As this is for charity, set an entrance fee for all attending or charge the guests for what they eat or drink....don´t forget to give your charity of choice enough advertising mileage and that your guests are aware that they are contributing towards a good cause.

Invite guests: Use social media, email, or printed invitations to invite guests to your event. Encourage them to bring friends and family along.

Plan the menu: Decide on the menu and make a list of the items you'll need to purchase. Consider offering vegetarian or vegan options as well. You can also ask guests to bring a dish to share.

Purchase/rent equipment: Rent or purchase equipment such as barbecues, tables, chairs, and utensils. Make sure to have enough equipment to accommodate your guests.

Decorate the venue: Add some decorations to the venue to make it more festive. You can use balloons, banners, or colourful tablecloths in your chosen colour scheme.

Set up the venue: Arrive early to set up the venue. Set up tables and chairs, the barbecue, and any other equipment you need. Make sure to have garbage bags and recycling bins available.

Manage the event: During the event, make sure to manage the food, drinks, and entertainment. Keep the barbecue going and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves.  Make sure you have dedicated barbecue masterchefs.)

Clean up: After the event, make sure to clean up the venue. Dispose of any garbage and recycling properly.

By following these tips, you can host a successful charity BBQ in Hong Kong and raise money for a good cause while having fun with friends and family.
