Items sold are non-refundable, however, should you receive a product that is faulty due to poor workmanship and it is returned to us within 1 year of purchase, then we will replace the faulty part. If the Lotus grill arrives damaged and providing you notify us within 2 weeks of purchase, we will replace the damaged Lotus grill with a new Lotus grill. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the Lotus Grill and its accessories. There will be no exchange without the original receipt, and goods must be in their original packing. Pickup/delivery charges will apply. If you purchased products from another retailer, you must contact this retailer directly.
