Easy and delicious to make - perfect for your next Lotus BBQ Grill......

MEATBALLS WITH EDAMER CHEESE

 INGREDIENTS:

500gr mince 

2 onions chopped

1 egg

3 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

Parsley

100g cubed edamer

Red pepper spice (sweet)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix mince with all ingredients, except the cheese.  Once mixed well, form balls and stuff with a cube of edamer cheese.  Start your LOTUSGRILL and grill your meatballs on the LOTUSGRILL. 

TIPPS for using a LOTUSGRILL frying pan; Keeps your grill cleaner, less sticking of your meat and can be used on any BBQ.

 

 

SUMMER PEACH SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE 

INGREDIENTS:

3 peaches, halved

1 cucumber

1 Avo

150gr cherry tomatoes

150g Lettuce mix

150gr Feta cheese

DRESSING:

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

0.5 teaspoon mustard

Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS.

Halve the peaches and place them on your LOTUSGRILL and after 2-3 minutes turn, and grill until soft.  Wash lettuce, dry and place in bowl.  Cut the Avo, cucumber, feta and tomatoes in pieces and add to the lettuce.  Mix all the dressing ingredients together.  Add the grilled peaches to the salad and toss with the dressing. 

Perfect with a fresh piece of barbequed fish or meat.

VEGGIE SANDWICHES WITH GRILLED CHEESE AND VEGETABLES

 

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetables of choice, such as, aubergine, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers

4 grill cheese, such as, Halloumi

4 pita breads

Hummus or cocktail sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Grill the cheese and vegetables on the LOTUSGRILL. While they are grilling, cut the pita breads (optional toast them slightly on the LOTUSGRILL) and spread with hummus or cocktail sauce. Once the cheese and vegetables are ready, stuff the pita breads with the grilled ingredients.  Delicious to eat.
