12–14 min Grilling time
For the LotusGrill you will need:
- 2 Filet/Tenderloin steaks (approx. 180-200 Gramm)
- 4 large Prawns
- 250gr green asparagus
- Small tomatoes potatoes
- 2 pieces of Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
For the mash:
- 4 Sweet potatoes
- 1/2 Tablespoons butter
- 50ml milk
- 1 pinch Kalahari salt, Malabar pepper and curry powder
First, peal the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes and put in a top with salt water and cook for approximately 20 minutes until soft.
While the potatoes are cooking, salt the filet and place on your prepared LotusGrill with the asparagus and tomatoes. The meat should be grilled for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place the pieces of Rosemary on the meat for aroma.
Next, place the prawns on the grill and cook on each side for around 3 minutes, until the colour changes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove from the water and mash the hot potatoes. Add the butter, milk, salt, pepper and curry (to taste) and mash until smooth and delicious.
As soon as the grilled food is ready – serve and enjoy with a glass of wine of your choice!
